R.J.J. Infrastructure Llp

R.J.J. Infrastructure is based at 137/13 Kalidas Road, inside Meghdoot Enclave. It is a quiet residential area, which makes for a nice place to have an office. We handle infrastructure projects, which basically means we deal with the big stuff like roads and foundations. It is a lot of logistics. You have to make sure the trucks show up and the gravel is the right kind. Most days, we are either on the phone with suppliers or driving out to a site to see if the guys are doing things right. We aren’t a huge firm with a lot of layers. If you call, you probably get one of the partners directly. We started this because we had been working for other people and figured we could do it ourselves just as well. It’s been a learning curve, for sure. Sometimes the machinery breaks down at the worst possible time, and you’re stuck trying to find a mechanic on a Sunday. That is just life in this line of work. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on people seeing what we’ve built and asking who did it. Our office in Meghdoot Enclave is where we do all the boring stuff like payroll and taxes. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job is going to be late because of the rain, we just tell the client. It’s better that way for everyone involved.
