Rajudn Builders Projects Private Limited is located over in Dehrakhas, Dehradun. Our office is registered at the home of Najzis Khan, the son of Shamshad Khan, in the Sai Baba Enclave. It’s a quiet residential area, which is where we manage our building projects from. We don’t have a big storefront on the main road, but we are easy enough to find if you know the enclave. Being in Dehrakhas puts us close to a lot of the residential development happening in this part of town. We spend a lot of our time visiting different sites and making sure the laborers have what they need. Building houses and projects isn't easy, and there are always little problems that pop up, like a late delivery or a broken tool. We just handle those things as they come. We are a small team and we like to keep things personal. You aren't going to get a robot when you call us; you'll get one of the people actually doing the work. Dehradun is our base, and we know the local regulations and how the ground is for building. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’re used to it. This is where we operate and how we get things built around here.
