PORTABLE PREFAB NIRMAN PRIVATE LIMITED is based at 4 Vishnu Vihar in Central Dehradun. We are located care of Sarojni Panwar. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot going on. We deal with prefab construction, so we spend our days thinking about buildings that can be put together quickly. Our office is more of a workspace than a formal business place. There are always samples of panels or metal pieces sitting around the floor. It’s not the most organized office you’ve ever seen, but we know where everything is kept. We’re a small group of people. We don’t really do big meetings. Usually, we just talk over a cup of tea about what needs to happen next. Prefab work is very practical, and we try to run the company that way too. We don’t have any glossy brochures or polished websites. If someone is interested in what we do, they usually just stop by the house and we show them what we are working on. We get a lot of local orders for small sheds or temporary offices. The weather in this part of Uttarakhand can be a bit rough, so we make sure our stuff is built to last. It’s just us working hard and staying busy in the middle of Dehradun. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living.
