Ndcc Projects (Opc) Private Limited

Ndcc Projects is just us here in Dehradun. We spend most days looking at plans or out at sites. It’s not always easy with the weather changes here. Sometimes it rains so hard we have to stop everything. Being an OPC means it’s a tight operation. No big boardroom meetings, just us figuring out how to get the next phase done. We’ve been at 68-B for a bit now. People know the spot. It’s a bit of a trek when the traffic is bad near the North Dehradun side, but we manage. The work involves a lot of paperwork and even more time on the ground. We don't have a huge staff. Just enough people to make sure the jobs get finished. It’s practical work. We handle the daily stuff like getting materials delivered or talking to the guys on site. You won't find us wearing suits much. Most of the time it’s boots and jeans because that’s what the job needs. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. If something goes wrong, we fix it and keep going. That’s really all there is to it at this office. We’ve seen the city change a lot from our window here on the road. It’s getting busier every year, but we stay busy too. We know the Rajpur Road area like the back of our hand now. It's home for the business and where we plan to stay for the long haul.
