We are Morvin Real Estates Private Limited, and you can find us at 45-A Alakananda in the City Centre. The office is run with Ashok Singh, who is the son of Rajendra Singh. Being right in the City Centre means there is always a lot of noise and people walking past our entrance. We deal with real estate matters, which involves a lot of sitting at desks and talking on the phone or looking at land maps. Our office is just a simple place to get the work done and keep the files in order. We have been at this Alakananda address for a long time now. Dealing with property and land can get stressful because there is so much paperwork that needs to be checked carefully. We spend our hours trying to keep everything straight so there are no problems later on for anyone. Some days are very quiet and we just wait for the phone to ring, while other days it feels like everyone is coming through the door at once.
