We started MJRC Construction Private Limited out of our office at Shiwalik Puram on GMS Road. Dehradun is our home, and we've been working around here for a while now. If you head down toward GMS Road, you’ll find us at C-1. It’s a busy area but we like it. Most of our days are spent on site or handling paperwork in the office. Building things is just what we do. We aren't a big fancy corporation with a hundred secretaries. It’s mostly just us getting the work done and making sure things stay on track. Construction isn't always pretty, there's a lot of dust and long hours, but we stick with it. We know the local roads and the way things work in Uttarakhand. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just stopping by the Shiwalik Puram office. It’s a simple setup we have here. We deal with the usual stuff like materials, labor, and making sure the measurements are right. Sometimes things go sideways with the weather, especially during the monsoon, but that’s part of the job. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us right now. Being based in Dehradun helps us stay close to where the action is. That's pretty much the long and short of it for us at MJRC.
