If you go to Plot Number 25 in Engineer Enclave, you will find Mahadevi Associates Llp on the first floor, east side. We are located in the Doon Vihar part of Jakhan, which is a busy little neighborhood. Our office is pretty modest. We have some desks, a few filing cabinets, and a lot of maps of the local area. We have been in the development business for a while now, and we have seen Jakhan change a lot over the years. Most of our work is right here in the community. We like being on the first floor because it makes it easy for folks to drop by and ask questions without a lot of fuss. The team here is made up of people who really know the local building codes and where to get the best supplies. We do not spend money on big advertising campaigns. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We just try to keep our heads down and do the work that is assigned to us. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when we are all debating the best way to handle a drainage issue or a structural change, but it is all in good spirit. We just want the buildings we work on to be sturdy and useful for the people who buy them. It is a practical way to make a living and stay involved in the neighborhood.
