Maa Anjani Technobuild LLP is located in Dehradun. Our office is on the second floor of the Lord Residency building in Engineers Enclave, Phase II. It is a quiet spot in Kanwali where we do all our planning and paperwork. We have been working in the Dehradun area for a while now. The team here focuses on technical building projects. It is a lot of looking at drawings and making sure the numbers add up right. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees, so things stay pretty personal. You might see us heading out to sites early in the morning. Being up here in Uttarakhand, the weather can change things fast, but we just adapt. We chose the Lord Residency spot because it’s easy for the guys to get to. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and site plans, but we know where everything is. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just like to get the building work done. If someone has a question, they usually just drop by the office or give us a call. It is a practical way to run a business. We focus on the tech side of construction mostly. It takes a lot of patience to get these projects right, especially around here. We are just local people trying to build things that last for the community. We've got a small crew and we all pitch in. Whether it’s drafting a new design or checking the concrete on a job site, everyone knows their part. It's not always easy, but it's what we do.
