Kpi Construction Llp

Kpi Construction Llp is based out of Bhosari, specifically at Gangotri Park in the A Wing, Flat 102 Matoshreeangan. This is where we do all our construction business and management. Bhosari is a very busy area with a lot of industrial activity, so we feel like we fit in well here. We spend a lot of time looking over blueprints and talking to different contractors on the phone. Our office is inside a residential building, which is nice because it is a bit quieter than being on the main street. We have a small setup with desks and piles of files from all the different projects we have worked on over the years. Construction work involves a lot of moving parts and sometimes things do not go exactly as planned because of the weather or because the materials were late. We just deal with those issues as they come up. We are not a large corporation, just a local group of people working from this flat in Gangotri Park. We mostly focus on smaller projects around this side of the city. Most of our staff have been in the building trade for a long time and know the ropes. It is hard work and usually, our shoes are covered in dust by the end of the shift. We do not have a marketing department or anything like that. People mostly find us because they live nearby or have seen our trucks. We just want to get the job done right.
