Kiaana Estates Private Limited

Our office for Kiaana Estates Private Limited is located right on Rajpur Road at number 190. If you are familiar with this part of Dehradun, you probably know we are quite close to the Sai Mandir. The road outside stays really crowded almost all day, especially on the weekends when everyone is heading up toward the hills of Mussoorie or visiting the temple for prayers. We spend most of our working hours dealing with estate matters and various property details for people in the area. The traffic noise outside can be a bit much sometimes, but we have mostly gotten used to it over the years. It is a decent spot for a business to be located. We aren’t one of those big corporate offices with floor-to-ceiling glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular, functional space where we keep our files and meet with folks who are looking into land or old buildings. Sometimes we take a break and sit outside to watch the cars go by when the weather is nice and cool. Dehradun has changed quite a bit lately, and Rajpur Road always seems to be right at the center of all that movement. We see a lot of new faces passing through every week. Most of our days involve a lot of checking through thick documents and talking to people about what they are looking for. It isn't always the most exciting work, but it definitely keeps us busy from morning till evening. We always make sure to have plenty of chai ready for anyone who stops in.
