If you find yourself heading down Chandrbani Road, you’ve probably passed us. We are located right near the Yadav Clinic. Most folks use the clinic as a landmark when they’re trying to find Vijendra Singh Kathait’s place. It’s a busy little stretch of road. We deal with property stuff mostly. It’s a lot of talking to people and looking at land or buildings around the area. Some days are slow and we just sit around the office drinking tea, and other days everyone is calling at once. That's just the nature of it. We don't have any fancy brochures or a big marketing team. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and meeting with neighbors who are looking for something. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know the local spots pretty well. Dealing with properties can be a bit of a headache with all the legal bits, but we try to keep it straightforward. No one likes a complicated process. We just keep our heads down and work. You might see some of our family members helping out from time to time because it’s a family-run kind of thing. Being near the clinic means there is always someone passing by. It feels like we are right in the middle of things here. We just want to keep the lights on and keep working on the next project.
