Our office is located at House No. A-508 in the Velly View Appartment on Sahastradhara Road. It’s a busy part of Dehradun, and the view of the valley is actually pretty decent from up here. Invesstate Construction And Propertysolutions Private Limited is what we call ourselves. We deal with a lot of different property matters and construction work. The office is usually a bit of a mess with folders and property documents piled up on the table. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us on the phone or looking over a site plan. We spend a lot of time driving up and down Sahastradhara Road to check on various sites. The traffic can be a real headache some days, but that’s just Dehradun for you. We focus on practical solutions for people looking to build or manage their properties. It’s not always glamorous work, and there’s a lot of back-and-forth with different departments. We try to keep things straightforward with our clients. Most of our business comes from people recommending us to their friends, so we don’t really do much advertising. We’re just a small group of people working out of an apartment, trying to make the most of the construction boom happening in our city. It’s a lot of long hours, but we like seeing a project finally come together in the end.
