Our office is in Kanwali, specifically at Doon Engineers Enclave Phase 3. We are in Flat 202, care of Chitra Khera. It’s a quiet enough spot for a business. We focus on building and construction work around the Dehradun area. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us working together. We spend most of our time out on the roads or at different sites, checking on progress. Building things takes time and patience. There are always permits to deal with and supplies to order. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the jobs we start. Sometimes the traffic in Kanwali makes it hard to get around, but we manage. We’ve had our fair share of ups and downs, like any small business. One day it’s the rain, the next day it’s a delay with the cement. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the plans and try to get the walls up straight. It’s practical work. Most people who know us just call us up when they have a project in mind. We sit down, look at the numbers, and see if it makes sense. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients and workers. That’s pretty much how it goes for us every day. Just simple construction work done by regular people.
