We are located at 14 Priya Lok Phase II in the Sewla area. It is more of a residential neighborhood, so we try to keep the noise down, but running a mill always makes some sound. We grind spices and handle various milling tasks here. You can usually tell when we are working because the scent of freshly ground masala carries down the street. It’s a small operation. We have a couple of machines that take up most of the space. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll likely find us covered in a bit of spice dust. We started this mill because we wanted to offer something local and straightforward. We don't have any polished brochures or a big sales team. It’s just us doing the work and selling to the local shops and people who stop by. The weather in Sewla can be humid, so we have to be very careful with how we store the grains and the spices before they go into the mill. We spend a lot of time cleaning the machines to make sure everything stays tidy. It is hard work, and the hours can be long when we have a big batch to finish. We don't overthink things. We just focus on the quality of the grind and making sure the bags are filled right.
