We have been working out of house number sixteen on Shankar Sai Dhamsewla Road for a while now. It is a quiet spot in Semari Taal where most of our team lives and works. Hatizar Infratech Private Limited started because we saw a lot of folks around here needing help with their building projects and there were not many options available. We keep things pretty simple. When you come by the office, you are usually going to find one of us drinking tea and looking over some blueprints or checking on a supply order. It isn't a fancy setup, just a desk and some chairs where we can talk through what needs to be done. We deal with construction stuff mostly, the day-to-day work that keeps things moving forward. Living and working in the same neighborhood makes a difference because we see the results of what we do every morning on the way to work. It is not about being the biggest company in the area, just about getting the job done right so the next person who calls is happy. We have grown a bit since we started, but we still like staying in Semari Taal. The road can get a bit dusty in the summer, but it is home for us. If you are looking for where we are, just find the house number on the gate. We are usually around unless we are out at a site checking on progress. It is just how we run things here.
