GUSAIN CONSTRUCTION LLP

Gusain Construction LLP is based out of a house in Ekta Colony, specifically number 63. Being in Ajabpur Kalan, we are right in the heart of Dehradun. It’s a quiet enough street most days. We do building work and help people get their structures up. It started small and we just kept going. We don’t have a big corporate logo or anything like that. It’s just us. Most of the time, our boots are dusty from being out at the sites. We handle the paperwork when we have to, but we'd rather be out seeing how the walls are coming along. We know the local suppliers and where to get the right sand or gravel. People in the colony know us by name. It’s not a complicated setup. We just try to get things right the first time. If something goes wrong, we fix it. That's how it goes in this trade. The weather in Uttarakhand can be unpredictable, so we’ve learned to plan around the rains. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow over the years. We’re glad to be a part of it. No fancy speeches here, just regular construction work. We appreciate the people who trust us with their projects. It keeps us busy and we like it that way. Every morning we check the site and then have our morning tea while we talk about the plan for the day.
