Greensutra Niramaya Jaivik India Private Limited is situated at 4, Arya Nagar in Dehradun. It’s right there in the heart of the city, which makes things pretty convenient for us. We operate out of a regular building in a residential-style neighborhood. Dehradun is a busy place these days, but Arya Nagar still has that local feel to it. We focus on the Jaivik, or organic, side of things because that’s what we are interested in. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with a lobby and security guards. It is just a place where we sit down and figure out how to get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who are interested in organic living. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon because we think keeping it simple is better for everyone. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical city problems like traffic or power cuts, but we just work around them. Our team is small, and we all know each other well. We don’t have a big PR department to polish our image. What you see is pretty much what you get. We are just a group of people in Dehradun trying to run a decent business that makes sense for the community. It’s day-to-day work that keeps us on our toes, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
