We are located at House No. 1 on Umang Viharrajeev Juyal Marg. It’s a quiet enough spot in Brahmanwala, though Dehradun is growing fast these days. Great Heights Buildcon Llp is just us working on local building projects. We don't have a big reception area or people in suits. Usually, the table is covered with blueprints and some half-empty cups of tea. The neighborhood here is mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise when we are at the office. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and making sure things are going according to plan. It’s not always easy, especially when the rain starts and everything gets muddy. We have a few people helping us out with the paperwork and the site management. We’ve lived and worked around here for a long time, so we know the roads and the suppliers pretty well. People drop by the house to ask about construction work or just to see how a project is coming along. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We don't spend money on big ads because word gets around Brahmanwala pretty quickly anyway. If you walk down Rajeev Juyal Marg, you’ll see us. It’s just a regular place where we try to get the jobs done right without making a big fuss about it. We’re just local people building for other local people. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
