We’re located at Villa No-4 in Shalimar Grand, right on Jopling Road. It’s a decent area and easy enough to find if you’re in this part of town. Gallantt Lifespace Developers is basically just a group of us working on housing projects. We don’t go for the big flashy billboards. Most of our work comes from people just seeing what we do. Jopling Road is usually humming with activity, which we like. The office is comfortable, but we aren't there as much as we should be. Most of the time, we’re out looking at land or checking on how a building is coming along. Developing property takes a lot of patience. There’s always some new regulation or a delay with supplies. We just take it as it comes. It’s a private company, so we make our own decisions without a lot of red tape. We’ve seen how the neighborhood has changed over the years. More people are moving in, and they need places to stay. That’s where we come in. We don't promise anything we can't actually do. It's about being practical. We have our small team, and we trust each other. That’s basically the whole story. If you’re around Shalimar Grand, you might see us coming and going. We’re just regular people trying to build something that lasts. We've lived here a long time and plan to stay for much longer.
