Forge Pharmaceuticals is located over in Balaji Colony, right by Haripurkalan. If you know the area, we are basically at the Sai Welding Point. It is a bit of a landmark for people trying to find us. Satish Kumar owns the place we use. It is a noisy spot sometimes because of the welding work nearby, but you get used to the sound of metal after a week or two. We are right here in Dehradun, and the air is usually okay, though the dust from the road can get inside if we leave the windows open too long. Our daily routine is mostly about keeping track of our pharma supplies. We aren't doing anything flashy. It is just about making sure the boxes are stacked right and the orders go to the right people. We have a couple of desks pushed against the wall and a small area for packing. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the small lanes around Balaji Colony, so one of us has to go out to the main road to wave them in. It is a small operation, and we don't have a lot of extra hands. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us just grabs the broom. We eat our lunch together most days, usually something brought from home. It is a simple way to run things, but it works for us here in Haripurkalan. We stay busy enough that the days go by pretty fast for the whole team.
