We are tucked away in Kargi Grant, right behind the Kali Mandir here in Dehradun. It’s a bit of a hidden spot if you don’t know the area, but the locals can point you to the temple easily enough. At Exolent Pharmaceuticals, we keep things pretty low-key. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, but inside we are busy with all kinds of pharmaceutical work. We handle distribution and some admin tasks that keep the whole thing running. It’s a small operation, really. We’ve got a handful of people who have been with us since we set up shop near the temple. The atmosphere is quiet, which we like, though it picks up when the delivery trucks arrive. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the paperwork matches the stock. Sometimes we lose track of time because there is always another list to check. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in Dehradun. We just want to do our work properly and keep our customers happy. Most of our days are spent in the office or the small storage area we have. It’s practical work for practical people. We don't go in for big corporate talk. We just say what needs to be said and get the boxes packed. Being near Kali Mandir gives the place a nice feel, very grounded and local. There is always tea on the stove and someone working through a pile of papers. Sometimes the temple bells remind us it's time to go.
