So, we are over here at Bangali Kothi in Dehradun, right in Block-C of the Gokul Apartment building. It’s pretty much where we handle everything for Dhara Civil Works. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with blueprints and coffee cups, but that’s how it goes when you’re busy with projects. We’ve been doing this for a while now, mostly focusing on the local civil stuff around Ajabpur Kalan and the nearby neighborhoods. It isn't anything fancy. We have a small crew that knows how to handle a shovel and a level. Usually, you’ll find us out on a site rather than sitting behind the desk at Flat 101. Tehri Nagar is a decent place to be based because we can get to most parts of the city without too much trouble, though the traffic near the apartment can be a headache in the evenings. We deal with the usual headaches of construction, like waiting for materials to show up or dealing with the rain during monsoon season. It’s hard work and it gets messy. Most of the time we are just trying to make sure the walls are straight and the clients don't have to worry about the foundations. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. If someone needs some civil work done, they usually just find us through word of mouth or see our trucks parked somewhere.
