Our base is at 193 in the Society Area of Bharuwala Grant, which is part of Clementtown. It is a nice, quiet residential patch where people still know their neighbors' names. We focus on infratech and general development, so our office is usually full of technical drawings and project schedules. We like being in Clementtown because it feels a bit separate from the main city rush. Our team isn't very big, just a handful of us who handle everything from the initial planning to the final construction details. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you walk in, you'll probably just see us hunched over our computers or talking on the phone with a site manager. We take on various building projects around this side of town. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the filing because we are so busy with the actual building work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the area, just one that does a solid job. People in the Society Area often stop by to chat or ask what we are working on next. We try to give them straight answers without any of that corporate jargon you hear so often these days. It is a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. Most of what we do comes from local connections and people seeing our work in the neighborhood.
