We’re located out on Shimla Bypass Road, specifically in the Bodawala Mohanpur area. Our office is right near the Bank of India, so it’s not too hard to spot if you’re driving by. We focus on construction projects around Dehradun. It’s a lot of work, and the days can get pretty long. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of layers. Usually, you just talk to us directly. We handle the usual stuff—getting materials, talking to laborers, and making sure the walls go up where they should. The traffic on Shimla Bypass can be a pain sometimes, but it’s a good spot to be for reaching different parts of the city. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Dehradun over the years, and we’ve been part of some of the building going on. It’s not always a smooth process. Sometimes the weather stops us, or a supplier runs out of what we need. We just deal with it as it comes. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just look at the site and get to work. Most of our days are spent checking on different jobs and making sure things are moving. It’s a basic construction business. We live here, we work here, and we just keep doing what we know how to do without making a big fuss about it.
