Down in Premnagar, specifically at Wing No-1/10/5, that’s where you’ll find our little office. Being in Dehradun, we get to see a lot of different projects going up all the time. We at Devdwar Infrastructure Private Limited have our hands in a bit of everything when it comes to local building work. It’s a lot of physical work and standing around in the sun making sure the levels are right. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just us, working with local guys who have been doing this for years. Sometimes the supply of bricks is late, or the cement doesn’t show up when it should, and we have to scramble to keep things on schedule. That’s just life in construction. We’ve been based in Premnagar for a bit and we like the vibe of this neighborhood. It’s practical and people here appreciate a job that’s done without too much fuss. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and trying to figure out how to work around the terrain here. It’s not always easy, especially when the rains hit and everything turns into a mud pit. But we stick with it. We just focus on getting the foundations down and the roofs on. It’s steady work and it keeps the lights on. Not much more to say than that, really. We just get on with it every morning.
