DEEPANK CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is based in the Sunderwala area of Raipur. We’ve been in Dehradun for a good bit now, working out of our spot at number 262. It’s a decent place to be, and we’re surrounded by a lot of other local businesses and houses. We focus on construction, which means our boots are usually pretty muddy by the end of the day. The office is where we do the planning, but most of the real work happens outside on the sites. We don't have a professional secretary or a lobby with magazines. It’s more of a place for us to keep our tools and talk about the next day’s schedule. We deal with all sorts of building projects, from small walls to bigger house structures. Dehradun is growing so fast, so there is always a lot of dust and noise around. We just try to keep our heads down and get the job done. Sometimes we run into delays with the trucks or the materials don't show up on time, but that is part of the life. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s a straightforward approach that has kept us going for years. We’re just local builders doing our thing in Raipur. We aren't looking for fame, just a way to keep working and providing for our families.
