Contatto Infra Devlopers Private Limited is based out of House No 104 in Mohalla Ther. It’s a residential neighborhood, so our office has a very local, homey feel to it. We aren't tucked away in some big glass tower. We are right here in the mohalla where everyone knows each other. Being in a house means the space is a bit different than a regular office, but it works for us. We have our main room where we keep all the infra development plans and the computers. Most of the time, the door is open and people from the neighborhood might pop their heads in. We deal with a lot of construction and development projects, so there’s always a bit of dust and some noise. Our day starts early and usually involves a lot of talking to people on the phone or out on the street. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have simple furniture and we drink a lot of tea while we work. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get them done without making too many mistakes. It’s a lot of work to keep track of everything, especially with the way prices change and the weather affects the sites. We just take it as it comes and try to be honest with everyone we deal with on a daily basis while we manage our small business from here.
