CONCEPTUAL ESTUDIOS PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Sumanpuri, specifically in the Adhiwala part of North Dehradun. We operate out of Hariram’s place, the son of Sunder Singh. It is a quiet residential neighborhood, which is nice because it lets us focus. We do a lot of conceptual and design work for various building projects. The office isn't some high-end studio. It’s a simple room with a few tables, some old computers, and lots of sketches pinned to the walls. We like being in this part of town. It feels more like home than a business district. Sometimes neighbors stop by for a chat while we are working on a new layout. We don't have a fancy corporate structure or any marketing team. It’s just a handful of us who like designing things. We’ve been in Dehradun for a long time, so we know what kind of buildings work for the local weather. It’s a lot of trial and error, trying to get the ideas to look right on paper before they get built. We handle the planning and the paperwork right from here. It’s a small, local operation. We aren’t looking to get famous or anything. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. We just take it one day at a time.
