CASTLESTONE CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Krishali Phase 2. We operate from Kala Goan ParwaDoon, near Gulmohar. It’s more of a residential setting than a big business park. Pradeep Bhandari is the one running things here. We decided to keep the business close to where we live because it makes sense for a construction company to be part of the community. We do a lot of small and medium building jobs around this area. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us making sure things get built properly. We spend a lot of time driving around to different sites in the Phase 2 area and checking on the progress of the masonry work. Sometimes the rain slows us down, especially around here, but we find ways to keep the projects moving. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just rely on the work we do. People see a house going up and they ask who is doing it, and that’s usually how we get our next job. It’s a simple way to run a business but it works for us. We’re just regular people who know how to put bricks together and manage a site without making it too complicated. It’s a good life working in construction in this part of town, even with the mud and the long hours.
