Avjm Castle Private Limited

Avjm Castle is based at 64 Kochar Colony, right off Rajpur Road in Dehradun. It’s a nice enough area, and our office is just a regular building there. Despite the name "Castle," we aren't out here building actual palaces. We mostly focus on residential projects and helping people get their homes sorted out. It’s a lot of work coordinating between the different workers and making sure materials arrive when they should. Rajpur Road is a main artery of the city, so we are pretty central to everything. The office is usually a bit chaotic with people coming in and out. We don't really have a "system" for everything; we just handle things as they come up. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and looking at plans, and other days we don't even have time to eat lunch. We’ve been in the Dehradun area for a while and we know the local suppliers pretty well. We aren't a big polished corporation with a PR department. It’s just us trying to build decent places for people to live. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always go back and fix them because that’s the right way to do things. We don't have a formal mission statement or anything. We just show up at the site, do the labor, and move on to the next one when we’re finished.
