It’s a small operation, being an OPC, so things are pretty personal around here. We don’t have a floor full of employees, just a couple of us handling the day-to-day stuff. The building is easy to find if you know where the Bhawan is. We spend most of our time dealing with infratech matters, which involves a lot of sitting at the computer and then going out to check on things. It’s not the kind of place with a lobby or a security guard. You just walk in and we're there working. We have lived and worked in this area for a while now, so we are used to the pace of things. Sometimes it’s quiet and other times it’s a bit of a mess with all the different things we have to manage at once. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. We just tell people what we do and then we do it. It’s a very local feel here. We handle our own paperwork and keep our own schedules. If we are not in the office, we are probably out at a site or meeting someone for supplies. We just try to stay busy and make sure the projects we take on get finished eventually, even when we hit a few bumps in the road along the way.
