Apogee Builders is located over in Van Vihar Colony in Mehuwala. We’re at House No. 169/8-7. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than the main city center. We focus on building and developing properties. We aren't a huge operation with a bunch of fancy titles. It’s mostly just us figuring out the logistics of construction. We deal with the daily stuff like getting cement delivered or checking on the masonry work. The office is pretty simple, nothing too special. We like it that way because we’d rather spend the money on better equipment. We get to know the people we work for. It’s more personal that way. We aren't interested in being corporate or sounding like a brochure. We speak plain English and tell people what’s possible and what isn’t. Construction is a lot of hard work and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but we deal with it. We’ve been in Dehradun for a while now and we know how things work here. It’s good to see new houses going up in the colony. We’re just glad to be a part of the local building scene. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. There is always something new to learn about foundation work or roof leaks in this climate. It is never exactly the same twice.
