Anurag Thapliyal

I run things from 15 Daulat Vihar. It’s my home and my workspace, really. People know me as Anurag Thapliyal, which is also the name on the business papers. I didn't see much point in naming it something else that sounded too formal. Daulat Vihar is a peaceful area and I like the trees. I’ve lived here for years and it made sense to start my work right where I am. I don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. It’s mostly just me and occasionally someone helping out with the bookkeeping or deliveries. I handle a variety of tasks depending on what’s needed that week. It’s not a flashy setup at all. My desk is usually covered in papers and my coffee mug is always half-full sitting next to the computer. I don't follow a strict corporate schedule like they do in the city center. Sometimes I start very early and sometimes I work late into the evening if the weather is nice. I like the freedom that comes with it. Neighbors often stop by to chat when I'm out front. It’s that kind of place where everyone knows everyone. I don't have any fancy brochures or a glossy website with stock photos. People just find me through friends or family members. It’s more personal that way. I try to be honest about what I can do and what I can’t. If I can't help you out, I'll just say so. That’s how I operate.
