Alis Non Vegetarian

We are located at 46 Gandhi Road in Dehradun. You’ll find us right near Hotel Gaurab. It’s a busy stretch of road and we are right in the thick of it. At Alis Non Vegetarian, the main thing is obviously the food. We don't spend much time on decorations or fancy lighting. It’s a place where you come to eat and then go about your day. The kitchen is always going, and you can smell the spices as soon as you get close to the door. We have been on Gandhi Road for a long time now. The street is always full of people, cars, and those little shops selling everything you can think of. We open up early to start prepping the meat and the gravies. It’s messy work but it’s what we do. The tables are simple and we keep the water jugs filled. We aren't interested in being a five-star place. We are just a local joint for people who want a real meal. Sometimes we run out of certain dishes before the day is over because it gets so busy. That is just how it goes. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for years. We know the regulars who stop by after work. It’s just a normal, loud, busy Dehradun eatery. No fluff, just food and a place to sit for a bit. We don't do fancy, we just do what we know best.
