Our office is located at Khasra No 593 in Sewla Kalan, Dehradun. It’s a bit out of the main city center, which we actually prefer because there's more space to breathe and less traffic to fight. Al - Zuru Constructions Private Limited has been around for a bit now, and we’ve seen how much this area has grown over the years. We aren't a big company with a HR department or anything like that. It’s just us and the local crew we've worked with for years. Every day is different. One day we are digging trenches and the next we are trying to figure out why the electrical wiring isn't lining up with the plans. It can be frustrating, especially when it rains for three days straight and we can't do anything but wait for the mud to dry. We try to be honest about how long things take, even if people don't always want to hear it. Building a house or a shop takes time and there are always surprises along the way. We’ve had our ups and downs, but we keep showing up at the site every morning. Our office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a table where we look at the books. We don't use big words. People around Sewla Kalan know us, and that’s usually how we find our next project. It's just honest work. We keep at it.
