Our base is right on Neshvilla Road, specifically at 17/17 Chaudhary Bihari Lal Marg. It’s a familiar spot for many of us who grew up around Dehradun. Running Agvk Constructions Private Limited keeps us on our toes. There is always a truck that needs unloading or a site visit that takes longer than planned. We don’t have some polished marketing team writing stuff for us, we’re just the people who show up and get the walls built. The noise from the road can be a bit much sometimes, but being central helps with getting materials where they need to go. We deal with the usual mess that comes with building sites—the gravel, the noise, and the constant coordination. It’s not a glamorous life, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a structure take shape from nothing but a hole in the ground. We work with a lot of the same sub-contractors because we know they actually show up. Sometimes projects get delayed because of stuff out of our control, like the weather or road closures, but we always try to make it work. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to store files and talk about the next day's tasks. We’re just local people building for other local people. It’s simple, really. We just take it one day at a time, making sure things are solid. That’s how we’ve always done it.
