Asfaqk Paint

We are located in Sadar Bazaar, Ward-8, which is right near the old jail. It’s a part of town that everyone knows. Asfaqk Paint has been around for a bit, and we just focus on selling paint to the local folks. The shop is small and the walls are covered in color swatches and old calendars. Being near the old jail makes it easy to give directions to people who haven't been here before. Sadar Bazaar is always loud and full of people, which I like. It feels alive. We have all kinds of paint, from the cheap stuff for fences to the better quality ones for inside the house. I usually have my tea in the afternoon while waiting for customers. My nephew helps me out sometimes when it gets busy. We don't have any fancy displays or digital screens. It’s just cans of paint stacked high. Sometimes you have to climb a ladder to get the right shade down for a customer. The floor has a lot of old paint drips on it from over the years. It’s a working shop, not a showroom. We try to stay open as much as possible, except for holidays. People in this neighborhood know us well. We don't do much talking; we just get you what you need so you can get back to your work. It’s a simple life running a shop here. We hope to stay in this spot near the jail for many more years to come. The local painters are our regulars and they keep us pretty busy.
