Over at Transdvg It Solutions Private Limited, we are located in Davangere. It’s quite a change from the big city life of Bangalore. Our office is in Vidyanagar, right near the Anjaneya Temple at the 3rd bus stop. The address is 1645/46. Being near the temple means we hear the bells and the prayers sometimes, which is actually quite nice. Vidyanagar is a pretty established part of town. Everyone knows the 3rd bus stop, so it’s easy to give directions. We have a modest space here. It’s not one of those glass towers. It’s a solid building that stays relatively cool even when the Davangere heat gets a bit much in the summer. We usually head out for benne dose during our breaks because you can't really live here and not eat that all the time. The work environment is pretty laid back. We aren't rushing around like people in the bigger metros. We have our desks and our computers and we just handle our daily business. Sometimes the neighbors stop by for a chat. It’s a friendly neighborhood. We don’t have a HR department or a big management structure. It’s just a group of us trying to do good work from our corner of Vidyanagar. If you ever find yourself at the 3rd bus stop, you’re basically right there. It’s a straightforward place with no hidden frills or corporate nonsense.
