We’re based in Davanagere, specifically in MCC B Block. Our office is on the first floor of the Jyothi building on 10th Main. It’s a nice area, fairly central and easy for everyone to get to. Davanagere is known for its food, and we definitely take advantage of that during our breaks. The office itself is pretty simple. We have the usual setup with computers and files everywhere. Since we are in D No 3677, we have enough space for the team to work without bumping into each other too much. We don’t really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. Everyone just knows what they need to do. Some of us have been here since the beginning, and others are newer faces, but we all get along. The building can be a bit noisy sometimes with other tenants, but we’ve gotten used to it. We keep things realistic here. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just focus on the projects at hand and try to do a solid job every day. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and old equipment, but we clean it up when we find the time. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We like the local community here in Karnataka and plan to stay put for a long time. It’s just a normal bunch of people working in a normal office.
