Our place is in Davangere, specifically at 1726/11A in the Nituvalli New Extension. We are right near Svs Convent on the 3rd Cross. It’s a nice enough area, mostly quiet except when the school starts or lets out. We go by the name Essar here. Our setup isn't anything fancy; it’s basically a converted part of a building where we manage our trade and supplies. We don't have a lot of employees, just a few of us who handle everything from taking orders to making sure the deliveries get on the right bus or truck. The office has a very relaxed feel to it. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. Davangere is known for its food, so we often take long lunch breaks to get something from the local stalls nearby. We don't do any big promotions or ads. We just wait for the phone to ring or for someone to knock on the door. It’s a very traditional business style. We keep our records in a mix of notebooks and an old computer that’s seen better days. The neighbors are friendly, and we often chat over the wall during the afternoon. It’s just a regular, small-town business where we try to stay busy and keep things simple. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation; we just like having a steady place to work here in our own neighborhood. It's a comfortable way to live.
