Civil Tech

Civil Tech is based on the second floor of the Sri Renuka Complex in Shimoga. We are tucked away on 3rd Cross in Durgigudi, right behind the Sri Shaneshwara Temple. It is a pretty calm area for the most part, which is good for the kind of technical work we do. We have been here for a while, and most people in Durgigudi know where the complex is located. Our office is filled with technical books, rolls of blueprints, and a few computers that have seen better days. We focus on the civil side of construction, dealing with the numbers and the structural parts that keep buildings standing. It isn't always the most exciting work to talk about, but it is very important. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to open the door for you when you arrive. You just walk up to the second floor and find us working. We are a small team and we like it that way because it keeps things simple and we can talk to each other easily. Being in the 577201 area, we work with a lot of local builders and homeowners who need help with their structures. We aren't interested in being a huge corporation with lots of rules. We just want to provide solid technical advice and plans for the projects we take on. It is a lot of math and checking things twice, but we enjoy the process of seeing something get built right.
