L&T (Contract Basiss)

We’ve been operating out of Siddeshwara Nagar for a while now. Most people around here know us as the L&T contract crew. It’s a busy spot on Masudi Road, right near the 1st Main. Padmanabha H runs things here, and we just show up every day and get to work on whatever projects are assigned to us. It isn’t a fancy office or anything like that, just a very practical setup in the heart of Shimoga. We handle the contract side of things mainly. Sometimes the weather makes things pretty tough, especially when it rains hard, but that’s just part of working in this area. We usually start quite early in the morning to get ahead of the heat. People often stop by the gate to ask about work or just to see what's happening on the 3rd Block of Bhave Road. It’s a local operation through and through, nothing too complicated. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't spend much time on fluff. You can find us near Chikkal if you are driving through the neighborhood. We keep all our gear here and coordinate with the larger teams whenever they need us. It gets noisy sometimes because there is always some kind of activity going on nearby. We aren't big on talking about ourselves. We just prefer to let the daily routine speak for itself. If you're looking for the contract guys in this part of town, this is where we stay. We've seen plenty of changes in the neighborhood over the years.
