Sunshine Agro-Infra Limited

We are based at 453 Bidhan Road in the Darjeeling district. Being out here means the weather changes pretty fast, and we often have to deal with the rain coming down hard on the roof. Our office isn't anything special, just a functional space where we handle the agro and infra side of things. There’s usually a stack of files on the desk related to land and different projects we are looking at. We spend quite a bit of time talking to local folks about their property or what’s being built nearby. It’s a lot of logistics and trying to stay on top of the paperwork that piles up. The traffic on Bidhan Road can be a bit much during peak hours, so we mostly stay put until the evening. We drink a lot of tea here, as you’d expect for this region. The walls have some old calendars and a few photos of the local landscape from years ago. It’s a quiet kind of work most days, just checking on progress and making sure things are moving along. We don’t really do big meetings; it’s mostly just people dropping in to talk face-to-face. Sometimes we have to head out to the sites, which takes up a good chunk of the day depending on the roads and the mud. It’s a practical business, and we just focus on the task at hand without much fuss. The office has that old-school feel to it, which suits us just fine.
