My Build Mart

My Build Mart is located over at Satish Mansion on Sevoke Road. If you know the Pnb Building, we are right there at 197/133. It’s a pretty busy area of Siliguri. We deal with building stuff, mostly for people who are fixing up their houses or starting a small construction project. The shop is often full of bags of cement, tiles, or whatever else someone might need for a renovation. It isn’t the quietest place to work because of all the trucks coming and going on Sevoke Road, but we like being where the action is. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit cluttered, but we usually know where everything is tucked away. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the buildings around here over the years. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just selling the materials people need to get their work done. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or contractors who’ve been coming to us for a long time. We try to keep the basics in stock so nobody has to wait too long. It’s a straightforward business. We open up in the morning, handle the deliveries, and talk to people about their house plans. It's a lot of lifting and moving things around, which keeps us busy. We just focus on getting the right supplies to the right site without making it too complicated. It is just the way we like to run things here.
