Our office is situated up in Siliguri, specifically in Lokenath Nagar near NH31. It’s out in Bagdogra, so we get a bit of a different vibe than the big city offices. Stanleyconsultants Inc, along with the Asso-Consultants Enggs Group, operates from this Rei Office. B. Pradhan oversees things here. It’s a busy spot because of the highway nearby, and there’s always something moving outside. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have our desks, our equipment, and plenty of tea. We don't go in for fancy interior design or expensive furniture. It’s more about having a functional space where the engineering work can happen without too much fuss. Being in West Bengal, we deal with the weather and the local pace of life. Some days the humidity makes everyone move a bit slower, but we still get through the tasks eventually. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other’s families and habits. It’s not a cold corporate environment. We talk about our weekends and share news while we work on our projects. It’s a very grounded way to run things. We aren't interested in making big promises or using marketing talk. We just show up at Lokenath Nagar and do what needs to be done. It's not always easy, but we've been at it for a while now and we know the ropes.
