Our office is located in Village Ashighar, which is on the outskirts of Siliguri city in the Jalpaiguri district. It’s a bit of a different environment here in West Bengal. The 734006 area still has a very rural feel to it, even though the city is growing closer every year. We are in a plain building that doesn't really stand out from the houses around it. Inside, it’s just a basic workplace with the usual desks and chairs. We don't have a fancy lobby or any marketing posters on the walls. It is a quiet place to work, mostly, except for the occasional tractor passing by or the sound of birds. The pace of life here is a lot slower than what you would find in a place like Kolkata or Mumbai. We like it that way because we can focus on what needs to be done without too many distractions. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or find something else to do. Most of our staff comes from the nearby villages, so we all know each other’s families and stories. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't have big corporate meetings; we just talk over things while having tea in the afternoon. It is a simple life in Ashighar, and our office reflects that perfectly. We are just local people doing our jobs.
