Our business is Nr Restaurantss Llp. We’re located on the third floor of The Planet. It’s a building right near Cosmos Mallsevoke Road. If you know Siliguri, you know that area is always packed with traffic and people shopping. Being near the mall means there’s always something going on nearby. Our space on the third floor is where we spend most of our lives. It’s a restaurant business, so there isn’t much downtime. We are usually busy prepping or cleaning or talking to suppliers. We don’t have a fancy corporate office. Everything happens right here. We aren’t trying to be the most famous place in town, just a solid one that people can rely on. The Planet is a good building for us, even if the parking on Mallsevoke Road can be a nightmare sometimes. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve learned a lot along the way. Most of it we learned by making mistakes and fixing them. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a local business. We don't have a big team writing our stuff. This is just us. We show up, we work, and we go home. It’s a simple cycle. We like being part of the hustle and bustle near Cosmos Mall. It gets loud and crazy but we have our routine and it works for us. We’ve been in this building for a bit now and it feels right.
