We are located at Choudhury Katra, which is right in the Mahabirstan area of Siliguri Town. Mahendra Kumar Agarwal is the name on the door. If you are coming down the road, we are basically opposite the Kali Mandir Road. That temple is a good landmark because everyone knows where it is. Siliguri is a crowded place, and Mahabirstan is definitely one of the busier spots. There are always people moving about and rickshaws honking their horns outside. Our office in the Katra is a simple setup. We have been here for years, watching the town grow and change around us. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in Siliguri these days. We don't have any big mission statements or fancy logos on the walls. It’s just a place where we sit and handle the daily tasks. You can hear the bells from the temple sometimes when things get quiet, which is nice. Most of the people who come by are locals who have lived here as long as we have. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else in the market. It’s a practical way to run things and it has worked for us so far in this little corner of Mahabirstan.
