B.B. Enterprise

B.B. Enterprise is located on Sevoke Road, just a little ways down from the Sky View Hotel here in the Darjeeling district. If you’ve been on Sevoke Road, you know it’s a major artery for the area, so there is always noise from the traffic and people moving about. We’ve been in this spot for some time, and it’s become our second home. The weather up here can be a bit unpredictable, but we keep the doors open as much as we can. Our space is filled with the things we need to run the business, and it’s not always the neatest place. We do a lot of lifting and moving of goods, and you can usually find one of us sorting through inventory or checking a delivery. Being near the Sky View Hotel makes it easy for people to find us, which is helpful because the road can get confusing for visitors. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job. There isn't much in the way of decoration in the office; it's mostly shelves and boxes. We know the other shop owners along Sevoke Road, and we often share a quick word when we’re out on the sidewalk. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We close up when it gets dark and the mist starts rolling in, then we do it all again the next day. The tea stall down the road is where we go when we need a break from the noise of Sevoke Road. We’ve been through many seasons here. B.B. Enterprise isn't a massive corporation, it's just a few rooms.
