Being near Gandhi Maidan makes it very easy for people to find us. That ground is a huge landmark for everyone in Siliguri. The bazaar is always full of life, smells, and sounds. It is a very traditional market feel. Our office is inside Laxmi Niwas, and it is a straightforward place. We haven't changed much about the setup over the years. It is comfortable and it works for us. We don't have any interest in being a polished corporate entity. We are just local people working in a local area. M G Road can be quite a challenge to navigate during peak hours, but we are used to the chaos. We just do our work and keep things simple. There are no big promises or marketing slogans on our doors.
